aB Express Site Leader

In Spring of 2017, I had the opportunity to serve as an aB express trip site leader to help a small community in Immokalee Florida. This experience gave me the first hand insight of strategically planning an event and service trip. The fast pace of it did not allow me put off important duties. As the site leader, I made sure to gather all the participants' documentation: liability waivers, transportation waivers, health related documents, and all reflection pieces. The planning process provided an accolade to my ability of planning events and thoroughly making sure that all essential planning is completed before the trip. I had to be meticulous, assertive, and professional with all my correspondence to participants and aB personnel.
